About Restructuring
The last 15 months have been a challenging time for both owners as well as the banks. Whilst many owners have been trying to restructure their debt commitments, many banks have been extremely cautious. During this session, we will explore alternative methods of raising financing and capital, the future of KGs, and also cross-border insolvency issues peculiar to shipping companies. We have lined up an international and experienced panel of speakers comprising a banker, an owner and lawyers from Denmark, Germany, Singapore  and USA.
